Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices, inventories and/or options on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices and/or options. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and packaging material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee where applicable. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. 

Incorrect item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Helmets, avalanche bags, beacons, fluids and shocks are not returnable.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.motorsportsgear.ca (the “Site”).

 

Order Cancellations

We do our absolute best to process order cancellation requests as quickly as possible. Order cancellations must be approved, and not all orders are cancellable. Please allow for 5-7 business days handling time on top of your orders shipping time. We reserve the right to refuse order cancellations based on handling time and carrier shipping delays. With approval, said order cancellations may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted at the time of refund. Items that are on back order and are cancelled at the time of notification are not subject to a re-stocking fee. Once a customer has requested order continuation on a back ordered item, the item is then subject to a restocking fee if the customer requests a cancellation at a later date provided there has been no change in the back order production date.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Costs are based on the size, weight and/or price of your order. Oversized, heavy or potentially dangerous goods such as fluids may have additional shipping costs. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. In which case, a member of our team will contact you to outline additional charge. At this time, you may cancel your order. 

Not all items are included in our free shipping over $150 in BC, SK & AB offer. This includes fluids, and items we deem heavy, or oversized at our discretion. These items may show a courier shipping rate, or may only be available for in-store pick up. We reserve the right to exclude items from our free shipping offer on orders over $150 in BC, SK & AB for any reason.

Entire orders will be shipped together if possible, unless other arrangements have been made.

The expedited shipping rates displayed on our site do not guarantee the carrier selected will be used. For example, if FedEx Ground is chosen, we may choose to use a similar carrier, such as Canpar that offers an equal or quicker shipping time.

We use Canada Post, Canpar Ground, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, One-Transport, Day & Ross and many other carriers.

We are not responsible for loss or shipping damage once your order has been picked up from our store; be it directly by you or the shipping company. Should you have any concerns regarding the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days at maximum at onlinestoresupport@ralphsmotorsports.com so we can start a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

Handling Time

Please note that not all items shown on Motorsportsgear.ca are in stock at our shop, but are available with our suppliers. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing in addition to shipping times . Please find our business hours below. Note that we are closed Friday-Monday on most holiday long weekends.

If a product is needed by a certain date, please ensure the shipping method chosen allows sufficient time for arrival including handling time. 

Backorders

If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date will be notified via email and given a cancellation option. 



Personal information we collect
