Please note that not all of the items shown on our website are in stock at our warehouse, and require extra handling time from our suppliers. We ship items from our warehouse the same day as we receive them. If you are concerned about shipping times, please reach out to us, and we can confirm whether the item is in stock at our warehouse, or if we need to order it from our supplier - either before or after you place your order (before we ship it though)!

As you know, carriers are experiencing higher than usual volumes. Please allow extra time for delivery, as we are not responsible for carrier delays. Our standard handling time is 3 business days for in stock warehouse items. Our standard handling time for items not in stock at our warehouse is 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, these handling times are facing delays at this time.

These items usually arrive at our warehouse within 4-5 business days.
Kawasaki
These items usually arrive at our warehouse within 7-10 business days.

These items usually arrive at our warehouse within 30 days.
KLIM
Items shipping from supplier warehouses are delayed due to flooding in BC. Items not in stock at our warehouse ship directly from the supplier, but because of the flooding delays may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive to you.

BCA
All items shown are in-stock in our warehouse and accurate within 2 business days. In the odd occurrence where an item has sold in our retail location before your order is placed, and is out of stock, items are taking upto 5 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
FXR
Items shipping from supplier warehouses are taking upto 30 days to arrive at our warehouse. The warehouse is still waiting on the arrival of several products that have been delayed. We urge you to please reach out to us if timing is of concern.
Carrier Deadlines
Please note that no carriers are guaranteeing delivery date quotes due to the pandemic. Additional delays are expected for items shipping into BC. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays. Your order will not be refunded for delivery delays.
